A few weeks ago, I went to a rally for Tom Wolf’s bid for governor of Pennsylvania at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia, PA. Hillary Clinton was the key note speaker, so I interviewed some Clinton supporters afterwards. One of the people I interviewed was a Philadelphia public school teacher. I only used the first part of her interview for the original video, but given the recent discussions about the spending cuts and the need for toilet paper in public schools, I decided to post the second half of the interview where she discusses what she feels is wrong with the direction of the public schools in Philadelphia.
