We’ve talked about how to deal with crime on past podcast episodes, but how should a libertarian society deal with an active aggressor?  The recent “egging” of Australian senator Fraser Anning by a 15-year-old provides us with an opportunity to dig into this with a recent event.

We’ve also discussed how a libertarian society would deal with criminals, but what about crimes that are so heinous that an average person today would suggest capital punishment?  Should libertarians be supportive of the death penalty or should it be rejected?
